Customers must provide the garment that best fits the garment to be made, which helps us provide the best services.
We made garments to order, we suggest customers to provide all the details / specifications related to their desired dress and household essentials at the time of ordering or booking.
Pickups and deliveries are generally made between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekdays.
The charges mentioned on the website or the app are non-negotiable.
The amount mentioned in the invoice will be considered the final amount to be paid, the estimated cost may vary
A 50% advance will be required at the time of collection or pickup, in case the order of the amount is Rs 5000 or higher
A service charge of 10% of the total amount is applied to the sewing price.
GST as appropriate based on product type
We do not promise to cancel free of charge after the order has been placed 1 hour or after the delivery partner has visited the location.
Customers are requested to sign the booking form at the time of collection or pickup with the details of the design.
If the order is cancelled after pickup, 50% of the order charges will be charged plus a visit charge of Rs. 150 would be payable by you
We produce handmade garments, there may be variations in two finished products of the same body measurement.
We keep offcuts only on customer requests.
Visiting charge of Rs. 150 would be payable by you if a designer / delivery partner visits you for a pickup and you decide not to place an order with us.
Cancellation or refunds are processed within 15 days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation.
In case of order cancellation and the fabric is collected from the customer, the additional cost of Rs. 100 is charged in addition to visiting expenses.
Delivery time / date may vary depending on circumstances, standard time is 10-15 business days.
Delivery is made by the partners hired by third parties, the delivery date may change as appropriate or by order of the government.
We offer free delivery only on the first delivery attempt. Be available or ask someone at the place of delivery to pick up the order.
If the customer wishes to reschedule the delivery, please inform us at least 1 day before the delivery date.
If an order is not collected within 30 days after the delivery date, the requested garment / fabric will be the property of the company and the customer cannot claim for the requested garment / fabric and we will not be responsible for any garment not collected and if any advances you have given will be forfeited.

We will alter the garment if it does not conform to the agreed specifications.
We will provide only 1 free alteration if the garment is sewn by My Tailor at home, the alteration charges will be applied to the customer if the customer submits any alteration request after the first free alteration.
No alteration service or refund will be applied to garments in which someone other than My Tailor at Home makes the alteration.
On the alteration order, a minimum order quantity of Rs 1,000 is required for free pickup and delivery
An alteration order will be considered as a separate order.
We made the product at the customer’s request. Therefore, no refund is applied in any case, except in the advance payment made by the customer.
We will not provide any cash reimbursement, reimbursement (if prepayment/advance) is made on a credit note and credit voucher only.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and services at any time without prior notice.
My home tailor has the right to modify or discontinue total or partial services at any time without prior notice, we are not responsible to any client / client’s client / third party for any modification, price change, suspension of services
All orders will be subject to restrictions and limitations that are not limited to product availability and service areas only.
Any changes requested by a customer after the garment is sent for stitching or fully / partially sewn will be at the sole discretion of My Tailor at Home and will have the right to accept / reject the changes and, if changes are accepted, they will be charged alteration charges.
